CUSTOM IMPRINTING

The prices below reflect the cost of printing minus the actual t-shirt. Garment costs vary on quality and size. Direct to Garment printing is designed to be used with 100% cotton shirt for the best quality imprints. (Maximum imprint size 12.5” by 16”)

Light Colors with no White under base

This is for prints on white and light color fabrics. This is for all the fabrics that do not require a pre-treatment or the use of white ink base prior to printing. Some of these colors include white, light greys, khaki, pink, gold, etc. If the logo has white in it, the natural color of the fabric is going to be used to replace the white. Otherwise, if white ink is used, then the second price chart should be used.

For additional image added to the shirt such as a left chest imprint, add $2.50 per shirt. (Must be under 5” X 5”)

Dark Colors or with White under base

Dark color fabrics need to be pre-treated and cured before printing. A white ink base has to be printed first as the background of the image, then the actual image in printed on top of the white base. This has to be done to avoid the colors from merging and getting lost on the dominant surface of the fabric.
